Verified Calling & Caller ID

Want to reduce the chance of your calls showing up as "Spam Likely"? You can now register your business for carrier verification right from Settings → Phone.

Verified Calling (SHAKEN/STIR) — your outbound calls are signed as coming from a verified business, so they're less likely to be flagged as spam and can show a "verified caller" checkmark on supported phones.
Caller ID Name (CNAM) — display your business name (up to 15 characters) instead of just a number when you call.

One request covers all your numbers — including AI voice agent lines — and any numbers you add later are covered automatically. Just fill out the short form with your legal business details (most of it is pre-filled from your account), and carrier review typically takes a few business days. You can track approval status right on the page, and if a request is rejected you can fix the details and resubmit.
